Training Programs

In addition to the Couch to 5 K program (which I will be looking at extensively), Jeff Galloway has several training programs online.

For his programs, I would start with 8 weeks of Conditioning before jumping in to the Half Marathon Training program. 

The 8 week conditioning program is here:
