I decided to attempt the treadmill today. My side is still bothering me, but hopefully we'll have more details on that this week. In the meantime, I'm falling WAY behind in training. In addition, not being as active since last Fall has had noticeable effects. My MS tends to act up more, my weight has started to slowly creep back up (only 5 pounds so far, but it all the wrong places), and my mood is noticeably darker. I guess that's definitely an advertisement for the benefits of exercise. I need to work on that.
So, I did a 10K on the treadmill. Supposedly it was through Providence RI. I'll take the treadmill's word for it. *laugh* I did the 10K in 1:42:44 which was decent. Then I rounded it out to an even 7 miles with a cooldown walk. I was going for 8 miles, but I took the 7 gracefully.
