So, it was very slow, but it was 7 miles and I am pleased with that. I even managed to do 3 miles with hills, which I definitely need to do more of, so I was pleased with that as well. I have lots of bridges and overpasses coming up and I need a little preparation!
I'm feeling pretty good all things considered. I've started medication for my stomach and hopefully that will improve over the next few weeks. I'm ready to get a few miles under my belt before the Tower of Terror!
