Checking the Plan

So, let's see how we're doing:
Week 1- Jun28-Jul4 1x4 miles, 7 miles
Week 2- Jul5-Jul11 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 3- Jul12-Jul18 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 4- Jul19-Jul25 2x4 miles, 9 miles
Week 5- Jul26-Aug1 2x4 miles, 10 miles
Week 6- Aug2-Aug8 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 7- Aug9-Aug15 2x4 miles, 10 miles
Week 8- Aug16-Aug22 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 9- Aug23-Aug29 2x4 miles, 11 miles
Week 10- Aug30-Sep5 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 11- Sep6-Sep12 2x4 miles, 12 miles
Week 12- Sep13-Sep19 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 13- Sep20-Sep26 2x4 miles, 14 miles
Week 14- Sep27-Oct3 2x4 miles, 8 miles
Week 15- Oct4-Oct10 2x4 miles, 6 miles
Week 16- Oct11-Oct17 2x4 miles, 5 miles
Week 17- Oct18-Oct24 2x4 miles, Half Marathon!
 
Good!  I've done my long distances on schedule, but I haven't been nearly as good at the short weekday ones.  And I'm still too slow.  I'm sure those two things go hand in hand.  I need to work on that.
 
I altered the last few weeks a little bit to make more of a taper.  I'll have to make other adjustments too, since we'll be out of town a few weekends.
