Can we get a Hallelujah?
It's only 85 degrees outside!!! Still high humidity and the sun was high at high noon, but 85 degrees? That's a HUGE deal! *laugh*
I did my 3.01 mile loop at lunch in 46:37. That's 15:27 a mile. Much nicer! My first mile was under 14 minutes due to a little jogging, so I was pleased with that. (I'll have to wait until I get home to download the info from my Garmin - I forgot the cord somehow.)
So, I'm good to do until Thursday! (Unless tomorrow just happens to be gorgeous *laugh* )
